In the course you will learnt he fundamental elements of coffee roasting. You will roast 3 different coffees on the Aillio Bullet roaster under the guidance of the Black Market Coffee head roaster. You will learn how to cup and analyse the flavours in the coffees you have roasted so that you can make future improvements. You will get to take home the coffee you have roasted so that you can share it with your friends and family.
