Does your milk form a foamy blob at the top when you’ve finished pouring your cup? Do you pray for take-aways so there’s a lid to hide your foam? Fear no more!

This class is designed to get you comfortable with texturing silky milk and utilising it to make your coffees look as amazing as they taste.

Learn how to control your milk jug, draw designs and know the difference between your tulips and your love-hearts.

Under instruction from a professional barista, you will learn the step-by-step process of creating shiny, sweet and malleable milk and the photo-worthy patterns that go with it.

Get Trained on Real Equipment!

Black Market Training will take you behind the curtain to a real working cafe to explain the coffee-making process from seed to cup. Our experienced baristas will give you access to the same tools working baristas use on an everyday basis.
