Servicing

We provide regular grinder cleaning, checks and services for all of our partners by our in-house technician. Technical support is only a call away to our office in Thirroul, and we will arrange for the best person to assist you with any problems.

What BMR looks after: Preventative maintenance scheduling 3, 6 and 9 months cleaning, BMR tech labour and minor parts such as seals and screens. What Rush looks after: Any parts not covered under the 12 months warranty. The labour for a Professional Tech callout and one compulsory annual Professional Tech service (approx $300 per machine)
