The Proposal

Our house blends and single origin are roasted fresh every week for an end-of-week delivery. We roast to order and are able to offer you our liberty blend at $27 per kg or our rhythm blend at $25 per kg. [This is based on min. order of 1000kgs over a 3 month period, based on proposal estimates]. This pricing includes the use of the coffee equipment as specified on the Equipment Page.This is based on 36 month term. Single Origin and Filter Roast

We rotate our single origin selection every season. Our new singles are chosen by our in-house Q Grader & fellow company director Jess, who chooses three espresso origins and one ‘Bright Roast’, a lighter roast for filter. She works closely with our roaster to adjust the recipes, which we distribute to all our partners when the new singles are released. Other Essentials

Along with coffee beans, we supply our partners with a whole range of high-quality cafe products so they can get everything in the one place. Our range includes single origin choc powder, chai powder, teabags and loose leaf tea, panela, filter accessories and barista tools. Ethical and sustainable credentials of our company and product

One of the reasons Jess & Angus setup Black Market Roasters was to affect positive change in less developed countries. When you buy speciality coffee, you are helping the coffee farmers receive higher prices for their coffee. These prices are well above Fair Trade and organic prices. While many of our products are certified Organic and Rainforest Alliance qualified, our focus lies in understanding the farmers and their families needs and how through increased coffee quality, they can help their communities at farm level. Our Thirroul cafe is proud to be Ocean Friendly certified, working in conjunction with the Plastic Free Wollongong initiative, and we have brought those practices into our warehouse.
