WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR? Students who have completed the Foundations Course and want to advance their training.
The Intermediate Barista course bridges the gap between learning the basics and working confidently in a real café environment.
This hands-on session focuses on setting up a bar from scratch, dialling in espresso recipes, and working efficiently during service. You’ll learn how to control extraction, understand yield, and move with speed — without sacrificing quality.
GOAL: Move from “making coffee” to “controlling coffee”
