INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COURSES
Where is the training site located?
Our training centre is located at 24 Cadogan St Marrickville NSW 2204. We're a 5 minute walk from Sydenham Station, and recommend public transport.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! Please wear something comfortable and enclosed shoes.
Can children do the course?
Anyone above the age of 14 can attend alone. Anyone under the age of 14 must bring a parent or guardian (who must also enrol in the course).
Can I bring my own coffee machine?
You cannot bring your own machine. Luckily, we have multiple machines available for you to work on.
Will I get a certificate?
Student who complete our Accredited Course will receive a statement of attainment. Foundations, Latte Art, Intermediate, Advanced and Bootcamp students will receive a certificate of completion.
Can I book the class as a gift for someone else?
We have gift vouchers for our core courses. Once you purchase a gift voucher we will get in touch with you to request the full name and contact details of the person/s to put on the Gift Voucher. The Gift Voucher can be emailed to yourself or the receiver at your request.
GROUP CLASSES & CORPORATE EVENTS
Do you do group classes?
We do offer group classes that are perfect for a corporate group or event. We can structure the class depending on what you would like to learn. Enquire here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
How much notice do I need to give to cancel or swap my class?
Course Date Changes
If you need to reschedule your course, we require at least 7 days' notice prior to your scheduled course date.
Date changes requested with less than 7 days' notice will incur an administration fee equal to 50% of the course fee to reschedule your booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable.
